Shannon’s practice concentrates on
- Corporate and Commercial Law
- Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law
- Wills and Estates
Having run a small business herself, she understands the demands of small business owners and their need for quick and reliable legal advice.
Having acted for many different types of businesses, small and large, Shannon knows how to assist them with their day to day contracts as well as sales of business, reorganizations and taking the next steps to grow their businesses.
Another area of interest for Shannon is acting for medical professional corporations and she understands their need for specific advice, depending on which college governs her client.
Her real estate practice is focused on leasing, residential and commercial transactions. She understands that no matter the size of the deal, it is a big achievement for her clients.
Shannon’s work with Wills and Estates stems from her background in Corporate Commercial Law, recognizing that there are many tools that can be used by anyone, not just business people, to properly plan their succession or potential incapacity.
Shannon is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association and the Halton County Law Association.
When not at the Spadafora and Murphy LLP law office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and getting out with her dogs in the many hiking trails and parks the Burlington Oakville region has to offer.
